Skin Care Tips – Take Sauna or Steam Bath to Get Glowing Skin

Do you know that taking sauna or steam bath can make your skin glowing?
Yes, it is true. This is because sauna or steam bath eliminates your skin toxins, excess sodium, relax tense and sore muscles. There are a lot of fitness centers in Malaysia have sauna or steam baths. If you are too busy to visit fitness centers, why not build yourself a mini steam. Simply boiling water in pan or teapot and pour it in a glass or ceramic bowl. Drape a bath towel over your head to form a tent and then lower your face toward the bowl. The tent contains steam. Do it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Bear in mind that, make sure you drink a lot of water to replace what you lose from the heat.
